There will be changes to the Customer Care Desk's availability on September 26th and 27th. This will allow the Customer Care team to take part in valuable training and team building opportunities during Customer Service Week.
On Thursday, September 26th:
- NEWSTAR support closes at 6PM ET.
- BuildTopia, TradeTopia, BuildSoft, and Builder360 support closes at 5PM ET.
On Friday, September 27th, support will be closed all day for NEWSTAR, FAST, LandDev, BuildTopia, TradeTopia, BuildSoft, and Builder360.
