We’re excited to announce the launch of the new NEWSTAR Customer Hub and Support Portal, designed to give you a faster, more transparent support experience.

The new platform will go live on 24 August 2026. If you would like early access, you can request an account today via the Customer Hub.

With the new Customer Hub, you can:

• Submit and track support tickets in one location

• Add additional contacts to the ticket

• Update existing tickets with additional information

• View ticket status and updates in real time

• Add screenshots and attachments to support requests

• Access Knowledge Base articles, release notes, and user guides

Access the Customer Hub at or through the Marketing Pane within NEWSTAR.

Other Ways to Contact Support

You can continue to submit requests by emailing care@constellationhb.com. A support ticket will be created automatically, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

You may also contact our support team by phone at 1-800-411-2020.

What to Expect During the Transition

All open support tickets will be moved to the new system. As part of this process, new ticket numbers will be generated, and you will receive updated ticket notifications by email.

The new Customer Hub will replace:

• The NEWSTAR Knowledge Base

• The Client Care Center portal used for documentation and ticket management

Announcing the release of: BuildTopia’s Associate Certification Program

After launching the HomeBuilder Academy last November at our annual Build Smarter conference, which included the first ever NEWSTAR Certification, we’re excited to announce the next release, the BuildTopia Associate Certification.

This new certification path will provide a base level of understanding and validate BuildTopia users knowledge.

There is no charge for the Associate level certification and once you complete it, you will be sent a certificate and badge that can be used on your LinkedIn account.

We are currently experiencing an issue with builder created templates in SalesXpress 2025.6.00

Due to the Syncfusion update introduced in 2025.6.00, merge field tags are presenting on merged documents.  Tags such as Sales Agent Signature or Radio boxes present the merge results as well as the merge tag.  

Our development team is actively collaborating with Syncfusion to resolve this issue.  In the interim, all builder templates will have to be opened up in Editor and saved to reset the tags to the new Syncfusion code.  

After updating to 2025.6.00, the following temporary workaround has been provided:

Navigate to Templates

Expand the builder template, select the Actions and choose Edit:

Select Save to Server:

*Some merge fields will remain broken with this workaround.  These merge fields will need to be deleted and re-added.*

Module #3: Lifecycle of a Lot

...for the NEWSTAR Associate Certification.

After launching the HomeBuilder Academy last month at our annual Build Smarter conference, which includes the first ever NEWSTAR Certification, we’re excited to announce the release of a 3rd learning module to enhance the Associate certification.

In addition to the first two modules where you learn about NEWSTAR Basics, and the Ecosystem & Terminologies, you can now enhance your learning about the "Lifecycle of a Lot". 

This module takes you through the  journey of a lot—from creation to closeout—giving you a high-level understanding of how NEWSTAR manages each stage of the process. It’s a new module to the NEWSTAR Associate learning path and a great way to expand your system knowledge.
