DocuSign is introducing new authentication requirements effective October 4, 2022. We have made some adjustments to our software to accommodate this change:
- NEWSTAR Sales & NSWeb (Design Studio Manager & Bid Manager)
- we have included changes in the 2022.4.00 release (August 15, 2022). You must have the User ID in place of the User Name value.
- To accommodate clients running older versions of NEWSTAR Sales and NSWeb we are making the change available in retro hotfix 2022.3.04 (currently scheduled to be released August 24, 2022).
- FAST
- we have included changes in the 2022.4.00 release (August 17, 2022). You must have the User ID in place of the User Name value.
- To find your DocuSign User ID log in to your DocuSign admin account. Depending on your setup you may need the User Id for individual users on your DocuSign account.
